The Queen Anne is the newest addition to our Fredericksburg, Texas B&Bs. Located at 619 W. Main St., the Queen Anne is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment but far enough west to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown. This beautiful home was built in 1904 and is truly a graceful grande dame! We named her The Queen Anne, after the elegant Queen Anne style of Victorian architecture she exemplifies so well. The home boasts 5 bedrooms inside, plus one cottage outside, each with private bath. Can't agree on a hard or soft mattress? All bedrooms in the Queen Anne offer King Size Sleep Number beds so that you each can have your way!
You will enjoy a full, gourmet breakfast each morning in our lavish dining room, complete with gold silk drapes and swarovski crystal chandeliers. Our Chef prepares elegant and delicious dishes each morning for your enjoyment. Guests rave daily over her biscuits and sausage, homemade coffee cakes, and elegant fruit cups with creme fraiche topping.. She also makes a mean mimosa on weekends!
The Queen Anne also includes an elegant drawing room with unbelievably intricate, original parquet floors. This room is perfect for evening conversation or a game of cards.
Behind the home in our lush, oversized yard you will find the private cottage...Kaden's Cottage, plus an original wellhouse with cistern above, and our famous Tranquility Cottage where you are welcome to schedule a luxurious treatment with our wonderful massage therapist. The back yard also offers an enormous deck, perfect for reunions, wedding receptions, or other small gatherings as well as a new Hot Springs 5-Person Envoy Hot Tub available for use by all guests of the Queen Anne. What better way to end a great day of shopping or touring wineries than a pampering massage and a soak in the hot tub?

| The Alyssa As a guest in the Alyssa room, you will enjoy a beautiful white iron king size bed with a sleep number mattress to ensure your comfort. Alyssa was a part of the original 1904 home; therefore, you are sure to admire her amazing 14" ceilings, soaring window with silk draperies, and hardwood floors. Alyssa offers a 37" wall-mounted flat screen plasma television complete with cable for catching up on world events...or maybe not! Alyssa offers a private bath with shower. |

| The Aspen Aspen is located at the back of the home across from Alyssa. Aspen includes a brass and iron king size bed with a sleep number mattress for your comfort. You will also find a 37" flat screen plasma television as well as charming built-in cabinets. Your Tuscan-inspired bathroom includes a large corner jacuzzi tub with hand-held shower, custom vanity with vessel sink and plenty of space! Aspen also is the only room in the home with a back door to its own deck/sitting area to enjoy the beautiful lush back yard of the Queen Anne. |

| The Caroline boasts a striking color palette of taupe, black, white and red. Her crowning jewel may be the fabulous ebony four-poster canopied king size bed with luxurious linens. Caroline is a large room with an entire wall of windows looking into the Queen Anne's lush back yard. She includes a 42" plasma television for viewing after a full day on the town. Caroline's bathroom has a luxurious Tuscan feel, complete with decadent red walls and an oversized jacuzzi tub with hand-held shower. Caroline is one of two rooms in the house which offer a second door directly to the backyard. |

| The Julia This room is conveniently located next to the nostalgic front porch complete with wicker rockers for watching the world go by. You will admire the 14' high ceilings, original hardwood floors, beaded board ceilings and authentic victorian stained glass windows. Julia is a spacious room with a magnificent mahogany king size bed with a sleep number mattress for your comfort. You will also find a 37" plasma TV located in the matching mahogany armoire. Julia's private bath is truly a jewel box, boasting both an original clawfoot tub and a separate shower as well. |

| Kaden's Cottage is the only private cottage located at the Queen Anne and is the most spacious of all the rooms. Kaden's Cottage offers a massive black iron king size bed with luxurious bedding and a sleep number mattress for your comfort. Opposite this fabulous, comfortable bed is a wall-mounted 42" flat screen plasma television, with cable of course! In Kaden's Cottage, you will also enjoy two sitting areas. Kaden's cottage also boasts an enormous jacuzzi tub with hand-held shower in the oversized bathroom. |

| The Madeline The beautiful white iron king size bed is set against soft sage green walls. Opposite the bed is a wall-mounted 37" flat screen plasma TV, perfect for keeping up with world events after a great day of hitting the shops. Madeline boasts the only antique walnut armoire remaining in the home as well as original built-in closets, which are perfect for storing all your travel goodies. Madeline retains her original solid wood door to the hall with functioning transom above. She offers a private bath with a shower and custom lavatory with a vessel sink built into an old Singer sewing table. |
